Villa La Pieve is a large villa of 250 square meters located near the medieval town of Gualdo di Macerata, in the Marche region. The territory is hilly and framed by the Sibillini Mountains.
Our family built part of this old farmhouse around the end of the 1800s. In the 1950s it was extended to reach its current extension. Until the 1970s it was inhabited by a family of sharecroppers. It was inhabited by a family of sharecroppers until the 1970s. Since then it was left to sad state of abandon.
It is from here that, in the early 2000s, a dream was born: to give back dignity and value to the sacrifices and diligence of our ancestors and to bring to light a landscape and territorial treasure that deserves to be known.
Passion, family and nature are the key words. The Villa was inaugurated in 2006 and looks like a combination of the initial rustic element and the modern one.
On the second floor you will find the 5 bedrooms and a shared bathroom useful for the two that do not have an en suite bathroom.
