Villa La Pieve is a spacious 250-square-meter villa located near the medieval village of Gualdo di Macerata in the Marche region. The vacation home is situated in a hilly area and is surrounded by the Sibillini Mountains.
Our family built a part of this ancient farmhouse towards the end of the 1800s. In the 1950s, it was expanded to to reach its current size. From the beginning until the 1970s, it was inhabited by a sharecropping family before falling into a stare of sad neglect.
It was from here that a dream was born in the early 2000s: to restore dignity and value to the sacrifices and efforts of our ancestors and to bring to light a landscape and territory treasure that deserves to be known.
Passion, family, and nature are the key elements. The holiday home was inaugurated in 2006 and is a harmonious blend of its initial rustic character and modern elements.
The second floor houses five bedrooms, three of which feature private bathrooms. The two rooms without an ensuite share a common bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Before becoming a holiday home, the villa was originally conceived as a farmhouse, and its kitchen still retains its original professional character.
Fully made of stainless steel and equipped with all necessary tools, it is the perfect place for those who love to experiment with new recipes and test their skills in the kitchen, even while on vacation.
