We had a wonderful vacation in a – for us – completely unknown area. So we were very grateful for the many tips Michele, the landlord, had for us.

The house is incredibly clean, tidy and above all incredibly lovingly renovated and furnished. Since there were only four of us, we had an incredible amount of space.

Also the outside area is huge with phenomenal views. The kids were so excited about the big pool that most of the time they didn’t want to leave.

The surroundings are very impressive and diverse. For excursions it is useful to have a car with you. We used it again and again and made some nice trips.

What impressed us most was the friendliness of the people, this includes Michele as well!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Michele is a superb host who cannot do enough for his guests. He was waiting for us on our arrival and greeted us like old friends. Anything query or question was dealt with or answered immediately. His personal attention to detail sets this property apart from others we’ve previously stayed in. Thank you Michele!

From the moment we arrived, we were stunned by the beauty of the surroundings. The views are spectacular! The facilities in and around the house are superb too. From the very well equipped industrial kitchen, to the beautiful tiled terrace, the large, clean pool, the relaxing hammocks, the enormous barbeque, the well equipped gym, the table football, the table tennis and the spacious well appointed bedrooms – everything was perfect! The house was very clean with plenty of parking. Our two families were rattling around this spacious villa.

The local village is relatively close, although we drove there rather than walked. It has a great bakery, a small grocery shop and a small supermarket.  We enjoyed a delicious coffee and brioche in the bar on the square. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

We can highly reccomend this property. You will not be disappointed.

A family vacation with 12 people including children and teenagers as well as adults, we had the most wonderful vacation in the surrounding of Gualdo.

The house was perfect and clean, nice equipped rooms for everybody and, as been a modern family, a well-functioning wifi :o)

A nice patio with the most spectacular view over the Sibili Mountains and the neighboring town invites you to spend many hours in the relaxing atmosphere.

For the kids the pool was a perfect playground together with the ping-pong tennis, table football etc.

Michele and family were the nicest owners – thank you all for your hospitality, service and great fresh vegetables :o)
