Between its very beautiful hills you will find our villa in which you will be able to stay also with the Bed & Breakfast formula. You’ll be able to walk in the wide park
( where you’ll be able to find several finds of the rural culture, hammocks, secular oaks, bushes of rare beauty roses and enchanting perfume ) in the paths inside of the wood;
or you will be able relax near in the shadow of the porch and on lay of the swimming pool from where you can enjoy a wonderful sight of the sibylline mountains made glad by an infinity of low wallows.
You will have at disposal wide furnished rooms with taste, well aereate thanks to the zanzariere placed on the windows; it will be memorable to send to sleep in a silence almost unreal, broken only to the dawn by the waking up
of the numerous birds, which spend the night in the bushes. Of winter, when from the window will see the snow flakes fall silent, will have at disposal a lounge with the fire-place, ideal place to read, listen to the music or the sound of the piano if between you are a pianist.
The spectacular landscape, in particular to the sunset when the sun disappears behind the mountains, and the sounds of the nature, how the rustle of the leaves moved from the light evening breeze with the singing of the birds, will project in a other world: a world of peace, serenity and hope.
At about 2 km rises Gualdo, a very ancient village, of longobard origins. Very beautiful to visit the narrow streets of the historical center; two splendid churches going up again at the thirteenth century where it is possible to admire In the summer months in these villages it is possible to be present at historical evokings or take part in the traditional parties with festivals of every type.
Leaving from the villa, briefly it is possible to reach the san Giacomo thermal bath (10 km) or the very beautiful beaches of Adriatico. In the neighbourhood it is possible to practise riding, the flight free with deltaplane or parapendio etc.. Our villa is equipped with 5 rooms: 1 double and 4 matrimonial, with the possibility of adding 2/4 bed places.
